Lauren Beno - Founder

Lauren Beno is a St. Ambrose graduate with her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. Since graduation, she has climbed the corporate ladder starting off as a Talent Acquisition Intern to the HR Manager of a brand-new facility. Most of her experience comes from the manufacturing industry, and she has experience with both union and non-union environments. Lauren's passion lies in helping businesses to reach their full potential and assist in streamlining processes that will increase employee retention and morale. While not working in the HR world, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and traveling the world.
